Justine Anthony is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with (and it's not close). Selling our house while living in it with two youngsters was daunting, but Justine helped us focus on the key things to do (don't over-spend effort), and was super responsive when we texted her with questions. Justine Anthony is an absolutely phenomenal realtor. She went FAR above and beyond to do everything in her power to set us up for success in selling our home, including coordinating various contractors to paint and carpet clean, buying things to stage the house, and literally helping us pack up our belongings into boxes in preparation for showing. We then left town for a long weekend, she showed the house to a ton of people, and she sold our house for $50k over asking in 3 days! She did an awesome job negotiating offers and inspection issues and is savvy and super organized and detail-oriented. Selling a home can be kind of an emotional process and she was also just so human and lovely in holding our hand throughout the process. We loved every minute of working with her and I truly cannot recommend her enough!

We moved to Ann Arbor, MI from Portland, OR and initially rented. We met Justine Anthony soon after we moved. This is the fourth house we've bought, and this time 'round was the smoothest and most satisfying. It sounds cliché, but we felt she had our backs all the way. Justine was an exceptional partner to us in our first home purchase. We were moving from across the country and weren't familiar with the Ann Arbor area. Justine worked with us while I was still across the country and my partner was starting a new job in the area first over several phone calls to get to know our priorities, budget, etc. and then set us up with online access to a tailored set of listings so we could start our search while long distance. Once I was able to travel to the area to do tours, Justine worked with our limited schedule to get us as many of our desired showings as possible (which was pretty much all of them) and at every house she was able to point out key things that were assets, what might need work sooner rather than later, and what aspects of the specific areas were highlights and lowlights. She had great knowledge of the school systems in the area, which was also super helpful. As first time homebuyers, we weren't sure what to expect once we got to the offer stage, so Justine made a point of walking us through the offer contract and what would happen afterward. She also had a fully vetted list of reputable mortgage lenders which made that part of the process so much easier and less scary. Justine was a delight to work with throughout the process, even as our first offer wasn't accepted and she quickly pivoted to help us get the house we're in now. Even as new homeowners, she's got another great list of recommended contractors, plumbers, etc. which has certainly come in handy! I would highly, highly recommend Justine to anyone who is looking to buy or sell!
